A great superfood juice detox recipe

Our detox programme includes all the recipes you need for both juices and meals. Here's a sneak peek at one to get you started:

A simple and delicious juice that's extremely low in calories and high in nutrients. We’ve used spinach here because it's high in calcium and potassium as well as being a good source of iron.

Mixed with three sachets of our field-grown, organic wheatgrass, this juice not only tastes delicious but will leave you feeling recharged and ready for the day ahead.

You will need:

  • 2 gala apples
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼ lime
  • 3 Britt’s Superfoods wheatgrass sachets

Cut the apples and add the ingredients to your juicer by placing the spinach leaves, lime and celery between the apples to ensure maximum juice is extracted.

Take the frozen wheatgrass sachets and hold them under the cold water tap for a couple of seconds to loosen.  Cut the top off and squeeze the frozen juice into the blender.

Blitz for 15 seconds and pour the freshly pressed juice into your blender. Now pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
