While we personally use Britt's Superfoods products to pursue excellent health, we are not, nor do we represent ourselves to be medical or health care professionals and expressly make no guarantee as to any health or medical benefits obtained by the use of wheatgrass juice. You agree to assume complete responsibility for any decision to use our products for any purpose, including health or medical purposes and assume complete responsibility for any consequences to your health, whether alone or in conjunction with any other health or medical product and agree to consult with a qualified health care professional before engaging in any use, especially if you have any known health or medical conditions.
LiveWheatgrass Ltd trading as Britt'sSuperfoods, including all its staff, directors, agents and assignees, is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of our wheatgrass juice products or from the use of any of the suggestions, preparations or procedures outlined, discussed or recommended on this web site or elsewhere.
As per 1st January 2010 European and UK law forbid us to imply or claim non-drug products such as wheatgrass to be a treatment, cure or prevention of diseases or medical conditions. We comply with these regulations.
Your health guarantee applies to one month order only. If you have ordered a larger supply, your 110% product refund will apply only to one month supply of that order. In the rare circumstances that you do not experience any health benefits from our product, your refund claim must be received by Livewheatgrass Ltd. no more than 2 months after the shipment date of the order in question. We do not apply a health guarantee for dislike of the taste of our products.
Joining our Juice Club means you have chosen to join our subscription/membership programme allowing us to deduct monthly instalments from your bank account for the amount, which was shown during the checkout procedure. We never deduct funds greater than the amount specified, only the amount agreed on during the checkout phase. The membership (Juice Club) is a rolling contract and therefore does not have an expiry date. However, accounts will be reviewed on a 6 to 12 month basis.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If in any way you are not happy with the Juice Club or just cannot commit to paying monthly and would like to cancel your subscription, not a problem! To opt/cancel OUT of the Juice Club (membership). The subscription can be cancelled online, via telephone or email at any time. Simply contact us via phone or email: 0845 680 2857 – email@example.com. You will never be charged to cancel the Juice Club.
Subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of activation as per Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charge) Regulations 2013.
Refunds cannot be issued for any reoccurring payment after the 14 days of the subscription sign up.
If the products are returned by you (the customer) for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products and they have suffered any reduction in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, then you will be charged for that diminution in value and that charge will be deducted from your refund.
Online one- off order purchases may be cancelled and refunded if it has not been shipped out. Please email or phone us to request this action.
