SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRICES
We use DHL Express for our frozen deliveries. Most orders are delivered the next working day, although delivery to some geographical areas may take one to two working days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided when your parcel is dispatched, or you can contact us to request your tracking number.
FROZEN DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
Your juices are packed in specialist insulated packaging designed to keep them frozen throughout transit and until the evening of the scheduled delivery day. Please transfer the juices to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
For addresses where delivery takes longer than 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that the juices will arrive completely frozen. However, we can guarantee that they will arrive fresh and suitable to be placed back into the freezer.
Customers living in areas with delivery times exceeding 48 hours accept responsibility for ordering under these conditions.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
DHL normally requires a signature upon delivery. You are welcome to provide an alternative delivery address, such as a workplace or neighbour’s address, where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
You may also leave a signed note for the courier with instructions about where to leave your parcel. Please note that parcels left without a signature are left entirely at your own risk.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UK
You simply select your preferred delivery day in checkout (Our delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Orders received Monday-Thursday before 11am can be shipped on the same day for next day delivery, if you chose that date.
Example: if you order on Wednesday before 11am, and select next day delivery, the order will be shipped Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
Orders received Thursday after 11am, Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following week on the day you choose.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
You simply select your preferred delivery day in checkout (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Friday not possible).
Orders received Monday-Wednesday before 10am (GMT) are shipped on the same day with next day delivery, if you chose this option.
Example: if you order on Wednesday before 10am (GMT), we will ship that day for delivery Thursday.
However, please note delivery is 2 days to some geographical areas.
You can track your parcel online using your tracking number received from FedEx.
Orders received Wednesday after 11am (GMT), Thursday, Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following week on the day you have selected.
Saturday delivery is not available.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR US
You simply select your preferred delivery day in checkout (Sunday, Monday and Friday not possible).
Orders received Monday-Wednesday before 10am (GMT) are shipped on the same day with next day delivery.
Example: if you order on Wednesday before 10am (GMT), we will ship that day for delivery Thursday.
Orders received Wednesday after 10am (GMT), Thursday, Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is not available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery to United Kingdom: Main land, Scotland (up to Glasgow, Aberdeen and Peterhead):
£6 - For Juice Club
£8.50 - Flat rate for Shop Customers
Delivery to Scottish highlands (excluding Aberdeen and Peterhead) & Scottish Islands:
£8.50 flat rate plus £8.00 surcharge outside the Juice Club, surcharge only within the Juice Club.
Next Day Delivery not available to Scottish Offshore Islands
Delivery to Channel Islands:
This delivery service can take between 2 to 3 days and we guarantee frozen delivery.
Alderney, Sark and Herm: £8.50 flat rate plus £12 surcharge outside the Juice Club, surcharge only within the Juice Club.
Guernsey/Jersey: £8.50 flat rate plus £35 surcharge outside the Juice Club, surcharge only within the Juice Club.
Delivery to Isle of Man
This delivery service is between 1 and 2 days and we guarantee frozen delivery.
£8.50 flat rate plus £15 surcharge outside the Juice Club, surcharge only within the Juice Club.
Delivery to Isle of Wight
£8.50 flat rate plus £8 surcharge outside the Juice Club, surcharge only within the Juice Club.
