Ingredients:

100g coconut oil (plus extra for greasing)

3 large eggs

60g cocoa powder

100g soft, pitted dates

100g wholemeal self-raising flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

75g plain dark chocolate (at least 85% cocoa solids), roughly chopped

2 tbsp white chocolate (roughly chopped or in chips)
Instructions:
1. Preheat and Prepare Your Tin
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6). Grease and line a 20cm square loose-based cake tin with non-stick baking paper to ensure the brownies release easily once baked.
2. Blend the Wet Ingredients
In a food processor, blend the Britt’s Superfoods Beetroot Sachet, eggs, cocoa powder, dates, and coconut oil until smooth and well combined. If you don’t have a food processor, mash the dates before mixing everything together with a hand blender or whisk.
3. Add the Dry Ingredients
