Imagine a refreshing internal shower - you feel fantastic and energised after. This is really what a detox is and there are numerous benefits. The question is not 'if' you should do a detox but rather 'when'.

You can decide to ‘go all in’ and substitute all meals with healthy Superfood juices or you can decide to replace one or two meals with juices. Interestingly if you drink Superfood juices, you will not feel hungry. This is because we often 'over-eat' but are actually 'under-nourised'. When you drink the Superfood juices you get all the nutrition your body needs and you therefore do not feel hungry.
During your detox you still need three meals a day, but instead of the usual food you substitute with healthy Superfood juices.
We recommend that you increase your dose of the Superfood juices by two to three-fold. This means, if you usually take 2 shots/portions per day, we recommend you take 6 per day during your detox. If you usually take three shots per day or more, we recommend you double your dose. If you have any digestive issues, you would only double your dose.
You can spread out the shots during the day and you can decide to take any of our Superfoods juices as they compliment each other.

4 shots of Wheatgrass juice1/2-1 bananas
Apple & Mango juice - good quality from the supermarket - or freshly juiced
Handful of pineapple pieces (you can get frozen from the supermarket).
Simply blend in a nutri bullet or similar
Wheatgrass & Ginger Energiser
3 shots of Wheatgrass juice1 shot of Ginger, turmeric and apple (or peel some ginger and add)
1/2 cucumber
Apple & Mango juice from the supermarket - or freshly juiced
