Apple, Ginger & Turmeric Overnight Oats: A Gut Health Breakfast
Share
Ever tried your juice shot in overnight oats?
Your Apple, Ginger & Turmeric shot isn't just for drinking. Why not try adding it to breakfast?
We've mixed ours into overnight oats with grated apple and cinnamon, then finished with a spoonful of our Gut Health Supplement. It's a simple way to enjoy your daily shot a little differently.
And because these overnight oats are served cold, there's no need to heat your juice shot. This helps preserve the heat-sensitive nutrients and naturally occurring enzymes that are locked in through our flash-freezing process.

Why we love this combination
Packed with fibre, plant-based ingredients and naturally occurring antioxidants, this apple, ginger and turmeric breakfast is a delicious way to add more goodness to your morning.
Oats
A great breakfast staple, oats provide carbohydrates, plant-based protein and soluble fibre, including beta-glucan. They're also a brilliant base for overnight oats, keeping the recipe hearty and satisfying.
Apple
Grated apple adds natural sweetness and a little crunch. It also provides dietary fibre, including pectin, a type of soluble fibre found in fruit.
Ginger
Ginger contains naturally occurring compounds called gingerols, which have been studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It's traditionally used to support digestion and is particularly well known for its use in helping relieve nausea. It also brings a lovely warming flavour to these overnight oats, perfect for winter mornings.
Turmeric
Turmeric contains curcumin, a naturally occurring polyphenol that gives the spice its vibrant golden colour. Curcumin has been widely researched for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants help protect cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which are produced naturally through everyday metabolic processes.
Turmeric has a long history of use in traditional diets and is a popular ingredient in recipes focused on plant diversity and everyday nourishment.
Gut Health Supplement
We finish with a heaped spoonful of our Gut Health Supplement. Packed with over 30 plant-based ingredients, it brings together seven functional mushrooms, a Bacillus coagulans probiotic culture, CoQ10, herbs, seeds and a whole host of superfoods. It's an easy way to add more plant diversity to your daily breakfast.
