Ingredients (Serves 2)
Smoothie Base

½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

½ cup strawberries

½ cup blueberries
-
¾ cup Greek yoghurt

3 sachets of Elixir Vitality Juice, gently thawed

Optional splash of almond milk for blending
Toppings

1 tbsp chia seeds (a natural source of fibre)

A small handful of mixed nuts such as almonds or walnuts (for plant-based protein and healthy fats)

Fresh berries to finish
Method

Lightly thaw the Elixir Vitality Juice sachets until they can be easily squeezed. Add all three to your blender.

Add the berries and Greek yoghurt. Blend until smooth and thick, adding a small amount of almond milk if needed.

Spoon the smoothie into a bowl.

Finish with chia seeds, nuts and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
